BioWorks Inc. & ORO AGRI, Inc Signs Agreement allowing BioWorks to Market ORO Agri's Technology Under the Trade Name TRICON, to Professional Nursery/Horticulture Market in the U.S Effective Immediately.

Dallas, TX, January 17, 2006 -- BioWorks will prepare a full launch of TRICON by the end of the first Quarter of 2006, with products in the distribution channel by the 15th of March. ORO Agri continues to expand its marketing and distribution of PREV-AM for the agricultural markets.

“Our evaluation of TriCon™ involved numerous research and grower trials in which we tested TriCon as a standalone material and as a tank-mix partner.
